Annie was recommended by a mutual friend. Between us, my husband and I had used 3 previous realtors. All had done a great job, one was even a personal friend. The mutual friend really said we needed to at least interview her, and let her sell herself. So we called and made the appointment. A day later, she met with us and we were really blown away. She had answers to all of our questions and had really done the legwork to understand our particular property and listened to our needs. Both my husband and I are very in-depth when it comes to spending money. We had a hard timeline for our move, but we couldn’t start the process until a job offer came in. We were expecting that within 10 days. Annie came in and got our ball rolling immediately, we were professionally staged, photographed and on the market 4 days later. Our house spent 7 days on the market, with Annie hosting open houses 4 of those days! We accepted an amazing offer the day my husband received the job offer. Our timeline was extremely fast for our move, and we were gone 2 weeks later. Annie moved everything along so smoothly, that we only had to worry about what we needed to pack up. We were living in another house two states away when we closed escrow. Our experience with Annie has been great, we even had a fellow co-worker ask how we sold so fast when his home was on the market for months. We immediately referred Annie to him. Annie is so much better than other realtors I'd met! Patient, attentive, a great negotiator who will always have your best interests at heart. We had met other realtors at open houses, but she was by far the most knowledgeable and saved us from picking houses that would cause us a lot of trouble. She also saw the potential value in our house and worked with us to make it the best showing possible, and ended up getting us 20% more than other realtors suggested as our listing price.

Annie was a great source for our family when selling our home. I found her on Zillow and after interviewing several realtors it was obvious her strategy and marketing were different than other agents we met. She definitely thinks outside the box to get as many people to see the house which in turn drove the price up because so many people were interested in buying it. She spent quality time taking care of our concerns, brought in a great designer and contractor to get the house ready. She even paid to have all the work done before we listed it!! I was surprised about how much she did to help before we even listed the house. Then once it was listed, she was great at telling us what buyers were saying about the house, communicating what would happen next and handling all our questions. We couldn't have been happier with how she helped get the house ready for sale, then getting us the highest sale price in our neighborhood!! She's the best and highly recommends her and her team!

Annie took a real interest in our situation. We have special needs and she looked for houses that could work for us.
